Design Submission*

SuperMoney’s mission is to help Americans achieve their financial goals. The only way to achieve long-term financial health is through financial literacy.

We want people to make smarter financial decisions and understand. That is why we invest so much time and effort in building tools that make it easy for people to compare financial products and services.

Financial calculators are great tools that allow users to simulate or get an estimate of financial data based on their current standing.

One example of a financial calculator that SuperMoney provides is our personal loan calculator, which helps users get an estimate on personal loan rates they may pre-qualify for based on their credit scores.

For this year’s scholarship, we ask that you design a finance calculator of your choice that can help people make smarter financial decisions. The type of calculator and what financial data it provides is totally up to you. Be as creative as you can!

Here are the requirements of the submission:

  • Submission must contain mock-ups of your calculator design. It can be low-fidelity, medium-fidelity, or high-fidelity.
  • Submission must contain descriptions of your thought-process and the functionality of the calculator.
  • Submission must explain the logic that powers the calculator.
  • Submission must be submitted in a PDF format.
