    Eligibility: Applicants must be U.S. citizens and Kentucky residents. Students must be admitted to a teacher education program pursuing initial teacher certification at a participating Kentucky college or a certified teacher (primary through grade 12) pursuing additional certification for classroom teaching. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and meet satisfactory academic progress. Students must teach one semester at a Kentucky public or certified non-public school for each semester the scholarship is received. The FAFSA must be filed.
