    Eligibility: Applicants must major in electrical or aerospace engineering, electronics, computer science, computer engineering, physics or mathematics at an accredited U.S. four-year college or university. Applicants must also be enrolled full-time as college sophomores or juniors and be nominated by professors of military science, naval science or aerospace studies. Applicants must be U.S. citizens enrolled in ROTC, have good moral character, demonstrate academic excellence and the potential to serve as an officer in the U.S. Armed Forces and have financial need.

  • Army ROTC Advanced Course

    Eligibility: Applicants must be rising college juniors who have completed the ROTC Basic Course or Leader's Training Course who have made a commitment to serve as an officer in the Army after they graduate. Students must take an ROTC class or lab each semester of their final two years of school and attend a summer leadership camp.

  • Army ROTC Scholarships

    Eligibility: Applicants must be U.S. citizens with a 2.75 GPA minimum and at least a 21 Math/ 22 English ACT or 540 Math and 550 English on the SAT. The application must be started by February 4 and completed by March 1 to be eligible for review. Applicants for the ROTC program must also receive military training while enrolled in college. The students applying for this program must be college or undergraduate juniors.
